Sadaf not only offers effective therapy she also offers excellent advice and guidance on ways to improve my general health and well being. I have had many types of treatments in the past including Hypnotherapy, CBT, Specialist counselling and many more, however the EMDR and Somatic therapies that Sadaf applied are the only ones that have worked for my PTSD. “Sadaf helped me to completely resolve the problem that led me to seek therapy. She is a great listener, very understanding, professional and supportive. I would recommend Sadaf to others” – Ami
“Sadaf is a fantastic listener, every session I had she not only listened but understood my journey, I didn’t have to repeat myself. I felt as though I was speaking to someone who was on the journey with me, prompting me to talk openly, understand my feelings better, and discover ways of handling conflict better. I initially spoke to a few therapists, however didn’t find anyone who understood my concerns. It felt like a robotic system, as though I knew what the therapist would say, which didn’t help. I needed help with the problems that were deep, in my inner self. Following a consultation with Sadaf, I knew she was the right therapist. Sadaf had a different approach and understanding, she was amazing from the first session. Sadaf always focused on what was important to me. She not only listened, but helped me heal years of trauma that I was carrying, some of which I wasn’t even previously aware of. Her strong support, trustworthiness, motivation and consultancy skills have helped me so much, I feel like a new person with new ambitions and new goals. I could never had done this without Sadaf’s support”. – Mary
