WellQo wellbeing services is a private holistic health and wellbeing service.

Therapy services

  • All therapists provided by WellQo limited via this website are certified and experienced Independent Practitioners,  and follow an ethical framework for good practice and professional conduct in consultancy/therapy.
  • Prior to the commencement of any consultancy/therapy service, a free initial consultation will be offered for purposes of discussing concerns, treatment and support options, understanding the therapeutic process, what it would involve, and addressing any other questions the client may have.  
  • It is your right to ask questions before, during, and post therapeutic treatment.  
  • All clients have the right to refuse the suggested treatments by the consultant/therapist.  
  • All clients have the right to stop receiving therapy at any time.  
  • The consultant/therapist has the right to stop offering consultancy/treatment at any time.  
  • All clients have the right to review his/her records from the consultant/therapist.  
  • All clients have a right to confidentiality: within constraints provided by ethical practice, all client data stored by the consultant/therapist shall be kept confidential.  
  • The usual procedure for cancelling sessions or changing appointment times is one week, however this may vary for emergency appointments.  Where there is less notice of cancellation or if you do not attend your appointment you will be charged the full fee.  With advanced notice, an alternative appointment can be offered.  
  • Individual treatment sessions last 60-90 mins, or less if specified.   
  • Payments are to be made prior to the start of each session.  
  • WellQo Ltd offers a guaranteed service.  This means that if the specific problem you seek therapy for (e.g. fear of flying, specific single trauma, quitting smoking) is not resolved or significantly reduced, then you are eligible to receive a refund 30 days from the last consultancy/therapy session.  However, the guaranteed service does not apply to discounted services.  
  • Discounted package sessions, if not used, expire 1 month from the last interaction with your therapist, unless otherwise agreed, and cannot be refunded.  
  • If you are dissatisfied with any part of the service offered then please email a letter of concern to the Director at info@wellqo.co

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1. Your access to and use of WellQo wellbeing services (“the Website”), and its associated social media sites, is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website/Services you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website/Services.

1.2. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Website/Services following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is therefore your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes.

1.3 All information presented on WellQo wellbeing services website is for informational purposes only and not intended to be a substitute for medical or psychiatric care or advice.  Moreover, by accessing and using the information presented on The Website you agree to indemnify WellQo Ltd, WellQo wellbeing services, and the WellQo Ltd consultant/practitioner(s) and all its employees, from any claims, actions, loss, expenses or damages of any nature resulting from any information or advice presented on The Website, whether directly or indirectly.   

Please note, in the event you find yourself in a medical or mental health emergency situation you should always immediately contact 999. Please do not leave an urgent message on our voice mail. If you need emergency mental health care you can also call the Crisis Intervention Hotline at NHS 111; or your local GP to ask for an emergency appointment.
